September

Caroline somehow rigged the computer so that all the blogger accounts go directly to her school email address and it took me 10 minutes to figure out how to un-do it.
So while she is dancing and the boys are running around outdoors like madmen with the cats chasing them, it seemed to be the perfect time to blog.

We're solidly in a school routine now.
It's tiring, but do-able, with organization and upkeep.
The kids are in activities that they love and limited to 1-2 nights per week.
So while life is busy, it's not crazy-busy.
Amen.

The cats continue to entertain us.
PD is obsessed with food.
To the point where he ate through the bags of catfood and zucchini bread, transported the food to another area so he could eat in peace and then chowed until he made himself sick.
He's not so bright.
But he puts up with a whole lot and keeps coming back for more, so we'll keep him.

Since school has started, everyone has been sick.
I don't know how many doorknobs these kids lick, but they all had fevers in within the first week and half ended up on antibiotics.
It was pretty pathetic to watch, actually.

The boy's obsession-du-jour is collecting cards.
Especially Nate.
He likes to organize the cards again and again.
Any kind of cards, really.
He is surprisingly OCD about it and will sit for hours sorting Pokeman, baseball and hockey cards by team and then position.
He brought these cards to me stating, "These are wrong, Mommy.  It's the same man with different names."
He was right.
Not bad for a six year old.
Okay - blogging cut short.
I have a very cute 4 year old requesting bedtime.
An offer I simply cannot refuse.
G'Night.
