Steak

It's 7:30, the sun has just come up. 
Workout done, coffee in hand, dryer going, Nate coloring at the kitchen table. 
Sigh. 
Quiet is wonderful. 

Yesterday we decided to embrace Oklahoma and get something here that we couldn't get other places. 
That's right. 
Steak. 

I like meat.  Steak is a nice treat, but I don't love it. 
Until now. 
I didn't know that meat could melt in my mouth. 
I made Jim promise NOT to tell me how much it cost.
